Yvan was so helpful with our seamless checkin and was waiting for us at the bottom of the steps to carry our bags for us. He also arranged a reliable taxi ride for us for our early departure with easy access to the north gate.

Our family loved the friendly staff running this property. They were so welcoming and always made sure we were enjoying our stay. We loved having the pool onsite to cools down and the gardens and terrace are well-maintained. The rooms are comfortable and offered outstanding views of the mountains and water. The location is out of the old town but reachable in 20-30 min by walking (we have younger children).

A small, but beautifully appointed, apartment just a few minutes walk from the old town. A great view of the Fortress Track, particularly when lit up at night. Luka is an excellent communicator, full of great tips about the area - a great host.

The garden at the rear had orange and lemon trees, so we had fresh fruit during our stay. The property is modern and in a great location for visiting Kotor Old Town. Having free parking at the property was a welcome bonus.

Sačekali su nas, iako smo stigli prilično kasno. Sjajni Vlado izneo kofere a da to nismo ni primjetili. Za čas! Lokacija odlična i bukvalno za odmor - tačnije parkirate auto do kraja odmora. Na predlog vlasnika biciklima smo odlazili u večernju vožnju do grada i to je baš bilo divno iskustvo. Plaža je odlična uz korišćenje suncobrana i ležaljki. A super provod u paru uz daske ili kajak! Pogled sa terase je san, kao i ceo naš odmor.

The accommodation was probably one of the best that the suburbs of Kotor have to offer. The location is excellent, with a beautiful view and the apartment is a wonderful starting point to several tourist spots. The apartment is clean, modern and offers everything you need for a few days' vacation. A great thanks also goes to the host for her extraordinary kindness and hospitality. She is always available and ready to help with anything you need.
