I have being robbed of my whole backpack (with passport, credit cards, a drone, a camera, clothes and all my most precious personal belongings) directly from my room while I was outside and exactly the last night of my stay. Coincidence or bad luck? Well it's hard to know since the property didn't take any responsibility. They didn't provide any insurance and they didn't offer any assistance even in checking the only CCTV system present inside the structure (no camera presence outside the building to protect their customers).
