The communication and check-in processes were very good. I didn't meet anyone, but I felt like they were always available to help and made sure I had everything I needed. The room is small but clean, comfortable, quiet, hot water, and even a shared kitchen. Everything was very clean. They were very nice and accommodating with all of my requests. I would stay again. The location is very good and really close to the ADO station. Although I used the AU station, it's about a 15 min walk. Not bad!

Amazing little piece of paradise! Lovely owners, beautiful quiet and natural surroundings. Green everywhere, birds chanting, friendly cats coming around, clean rooms, fans, mosquito nets, hot shower, clean facilities ... nothing was missing !

Loved my stay , the place is clean , quiet and near the center. Also very near the entrance for the walk up to Cerro Borego. Angel and Victor are super friendly, wish I could have stayed longer in beautiful Orizaba.
