The owner Paolo took great pride in welcoming us and ensuring everything we needed was taken care of. The location was secure with parking and easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Paolo was excellent by helping us plan beautiful drives throughout Namibia that we would have missed without his advice. The breakfast and coffee (espresso and cappuccino) was excellent. He even had a Nespresso maker and capsules in the room. We recommend staying there and will do it again next time we are in Windhoek. Good value for money.

Sapphire@54 is quiet, bright, clean, and roomy. The pool is delightful. But the best thing about the property is the owners, Fran and Dillon, who are lovely, fun, and generous people. Thank you both! It was such a pleasure getting to know you! If you ever want to come to the US, you're welcome to come to Vermont! We'll take you skiing!
