A nice park is just a couple houses away. Last minute, we stayed a third night because it was so enjoyable.

I LOVED this property. The location was perfect and in walking distance to everything we needed and wanted for our stay. The host was so kind and check-in was easy. The facilities were clean and everything in the pictures was accurate. I would love if this were a long term rental, as I would rent it in a heartbeat, as my daughter and I are thinking of moving back! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Situated in Panama City, 6.4 km from Ancon Hill, La Residence Panamá features accommodation with a fitness centre, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. Just a few months old place so everything's top notch. There's no official breakfast but they do have a bar/kitchen with breakfast options which was nice in case there's no time to eat outside in the morning. Special mention to Jorge and Eduardo whom made my stay even better, thank you!

Good location with secure parking. Walking distance from historical center. Borderline to not so safe area around the Block but in combination with being aware of surroundings and late night uber or taxi drive it’s ok. Building itself is very safe and pleasant with nice fully equiped apartment and shared pool one floor up with amazing views and nicely decorated relax areas.
