The owner is very responsive to our needs and the apartment is beyond our expectations. It is huge, clean and the location is walking distance to groceries and tourist areas in Miraflores.

Location! It was close to almost everything like restaurants, transportation, parks, main tourist areas. Safe and quiet place. I will return next trip for sure. No mention the bonus of three bedroom for all family members.

Boasting a bar and a shared lounge, Ana Frank Boutique Hotel is situated in Lima, 700 meters from Huaca Pucllana and 300 meters from Kennedy Park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ana and Frank’s. We felt so welcome and comfortable right away. Frank helped us with transportation to and from the airport, and he gave us great information about where to go and where to eat. He was available for questions and just overall nice and helpful! Our room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was perfect. It was comfortable like an Airbnb, but none of the responsibilities! The location is fantastic. It is in a nice and safe part of Mira Flores and easy to get around and find whatever you need. Stay here - you won’t regret it!

We would really find it hard to criticise San Martin, such a good place to stay in Miraflores. Very clean, lovely spacious apartment, strong wifi, comfortable bed and truly delicious, excellent breakfast. The location is great, Miraflores is full of decent bars and restaurants within a maximum ten minute walk. Helpful staff, excellent stay. Absolutely no negative comments.
