This was a truly delightful place to stay. The hosts are thoughtful and generous, the room was comfortable and large. Each morning we were provided more than enough breakfast including bread, eggs, ham, cheese, fruit and sweets. There are also oranges for juicing, coffee and tea facilities, and a washing machine. The check-in process was very easy. We spent hours sitting at the front of our room with a port, coffee or freshly squeezed orange juice just watching the world go by with a delightful view of the river and the town. The location is in town but towards the top of the hill. Being fairly fit and active we walked from the river to our room many times (including with our suitcases). This certainly gets the heart rate going and is steep with lots of steps, but is absolutely manageable on foot if you don't mind some exertion. Otherwise consider if you will be needing taxis to get to this gorgeous spot. Overall delightful and thankyou to Antonio josé and Cristina for hosting us.

We booked a weekend getaway there and everything went so well: the rooms are new, clean, the view is fantastic, the host is friendly, that’s a true hidden gem in Douro! Perfect value for money.

O Cantinho da Auzenda ligger ca. 46 km fra Mirandela Middelalderbro. Her er balkon, kaffemaskine og udsigt til byen. The host what a lovely lady! The breakfast really nice for this price include. The place where it is and the restaurant next to it.

Remédios Apartment ligger i Lamego og kun mindre end 1 km fra Santuário de Nossa Senhora dos Remédios kirke. Her er bjergudsigt, gratis wi-fi og gratisprivat parkering. We LOVED EVERYTHING about the property. Our host was so helpful and met us on the street and help us park our car in his space below in his garage and then took us Up to the apartment and gave us all the information we needed. It was such a large space it felt like home. Very cozy and so many wonderful details including homemade sherry, pastries and coffee. The view from the Apartment is something out of a Fairy Tale. There is also a grocery right next door and fabulous restaurants very close to property that serve traditional Portuguese food. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The location was centrally located, right on the town square which meant easy access to restaurants and local attractions. Great location to stay if you wish to visit wineries.

Casa dos Correios ligger 14 km fra Natur Waterpark og tilbyder en terrasse og indkvartering med gårdhave og gratis wi-fi. It was located in the old town with lots of shops and restaurants. It is a new property with four spacious rooms with 12 foot ceilings. It was once part of the post office building and the owner Paulo has taken a great measure of detail in adding a postal theme to the property. If you admire history and culture you will want to meet Paulo for a wonderful orientation. Although breakfast isn’t included there is a spacious area with utensils / dishes and coffee and tea for you to prepare on your own. There is a supermarket just a four minute walk away. As with locations in many old town areas parking is not included however there was ample paid on street parking within a one minute walk.

Casas da Margarida ligger ca. 17 km fra Termas de Longroiva. Her er balkon, kedel og udsigt til byen. Great location, easy parking, had all the necessary amenities, the host was very friendly. Very good stay!
