Lovely new and recently opened apartment. Located just a 5-minute walk from a metro station, it gives the possibility to reach the city center in just 15 minutes, stay outside the downtown noise, and pay a very reasonable price. The check-in process was done by the link sent a few days before arrival, and on the day of arrival all necessary access codes were sent by message and in the application which is very useful. Definitely stay here again when visiting Lisbon next time.

Everything was perfect! The apartment is spacious and comfortable, everything is new, neat and clean, the beds are comfortable, the location is quiet and the breakfast is excellent. All recommendations!

This property was ideal for a short stay. The room was clean, nicely decorated, and offered a comfortable bed along with a kitchenette equipped with essential amenities, including a coffee maker, coffee, kettle, tea, and bottled water. Check in and check out was made online, which was really convenient since I didn't need to waste my time at the reception.

A good location for a relaxing getaway in Lisbon, Martinhal Lisbon Oriente is an apartment surrounded by views of the city.

The staff was wonderful. Very helpful and informative. The facilities in the rooms were amazing. The room had everything you could imagine needing right down to a small dishwasher and washing machine. Everything was put together really well. There was a lot of thought put into these beautiful rooms. The bed was really comfortable. Everything was explained well. The craftsmanship superb. The terraces restaurant had really excellent food with a lot of creativity and the waiter staff (especially Vinden) had a wonderful presentation style and made an effort to tell the story behind the food and also the stunning art and nice decor the room. Walking around the property was a joy and the pools are great. Lots of great things for kids including a trampoline. A wonderful experience in the hotel. The hotel is in easy walking distance to a pharmacy, superb grocery store with excellent fresh foods and everything you need. It is walking distance to dental and medical clinic. The hotel is close to Centro commercial, the aquarium, the gondola and all the great facilities at parque das nações, the metro and busses. In short super facilities in walking distance to lots of the great things in Lisboa with great staff that really tries. If I could give them 11 stars if I would. It is a young facility (only two months old) with eager young staff trying to make it better and better. This place will give any hotel in Lisboa excellent competition and make the whole city better. More people need to try it.

Beautiful apartment, wide and bright, very nicely decorated, looking new and super clean, very good location. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Luis was really helpful and kind to us, he gave us tips and good recommendations and helped us in everything we asked for. The breakfast was superb . There was a very good selection, and everything was delicious.

Residentas Arco do Bandeira features rooms with free WiFi in the centre of Lisbon. It is situated 600 metres from Commerce Square and features a lift. The aparthotel has family rooms.

The apartment was very locally situated and we had breakfast everymorning in a neighborhood café and at restaurant Fellini and there was a mini mart 3 minuets away which had everything we needed, even a charger.

Everything was perfect!! This is an amazing place to stay, lovely rooms, very clean and comfortable and the location is stellar. There’s a beautiful garden out back. Meire greeted us when we arrived and is an exceptional host. She was so kind and helpful. Berit was there the next day and went over and above to accommodate us. You’ll absolutely love it 😍
