Great location, really nice host. We enjoyed the pool a lot.

Joao Pedro was a perfect host, very helpful from the beginning. The apartment was exactly as we saw in the pictures, with all the utilities and facilities at our disposal. The building has a generous parking slot where you can find a place (from time to time).

Facilities are great for myself and two boys. Playroom is great with table tennis, pool table, fusbal table, chess and relaxing area. Swimming pool if your brave in winter. Boys made the most of the tennis court playing football tennis. The gym is ok for our needs kept the boys fitness as they here for U9s football tournament. The breakfast is great also. A short walk to the spar supermarket. Train station just down the hill so very convenient for us. The staff are all so helpful, nothing is too difficult for them. We felt very much at home. Overall a great stay. Thank you

Central walking distance to all ”city-beaches” and in very nice area with many small nice alleys with resturants etc. Nice with a patio with umprella/parasoll. You get what you see in the pictures

Great stay overall and great location. Kids keep saying they want to go stay at the pink house again so it has been family approved! Haha. Pressure of the water in the shower is amazing and has made me rethink my shower options at my house.

Great location. The house was clean, the bed and towels were white. Two days before our arrival, we were sent a message with places to visit and restaurants. It was great. We visited almost everything. I definitely recommend it and will be back again

Big quiet clean apartment. Secure, and well located for Sintra, Cascais & Lisbon.

The place was comfortable and tidy. There is air conditioning, comfy bed, excellent kitchen facilities and good light. It was a nice space to be in. The key was easy to access, just have to watch that you don't lock yourself out when you shut the door.

We enjoyed the stay very much so. The location is great, the place is spacious and cosy. The bathroom is spotless. Big wardrobes, great solid wifi, coffee machine and all necessary amenities. Thank you, Elsa.

This property is absolutely perfect for a relaxing stay. The studio is finished to a very high standard and the pool is a good decent size and extremely clean. There are some really good restaurants and cafes that surround the property. I look forward to coming back.

This apartment is superb - well equipped, great location, comfortable bed, outstanding views, good soundproofing and it's incredibly spacious. All in all, it exceeded our expectations and I'd happily return for another stay.

We were met at the property at 2130 by the owner's brother who was very helpful in explaining things in the flat and the flat alarm. Casa Rosa is fully equipped with everything you need for a holiday. The flat is in a perfect location for the beach at Parede (we were even left beach towels) and the supermarkets (Pingo Doce and Continente) and shops and restaurants in Parede. It is an easy walk to the railway station where you can catch a train to Lisbon in one direction and Cascais in the other direction. Casa Rosa has been fully modernised and is spotlessly clean and the beds are very comfortable and with excellent pressure in the shower. There is a washing machine, dish washer, full size fridge freezer and a coffee machine. Although the flat is on the ground floor it feels very secure and is in a good neighbourhood. Excellent communication with the owner before and during our visit.

The apartment was lovely, clean, and well-equipped. It was also conveniently located close to the beach and the train station, making it easy to get to downtown Lisbon. Communication with the owner was quick and friendly, and he was helpful with everything we needed. I highly recommend this apartment.
