The studios are in a beautifully refurbished historic building spread over three floors, with a modern, well-designed studio on each level. The location is right in the heart of Seia, so you really get to enjoy the charming old village atmosphere. Check-in was smooth and fully self-service, with clear instructions from the host. The host was also very friendly and responsive whenever I had a question. The studio itself is modern, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The photos are accurate and match exactly what you’ll find. The A/C and bathroom worked perfectly, and I especially loved the little kitchenette. Just note that the building doesn’t have a lift (there’s no space to add one), so the upper floors are only accessible by stairs. If stairs are difficult for you, I’d recommend requesting the ground-floor studio if available. Overall, it’s an ideal place for a longer stay. I was only there for the weekend and honestly wished I could have stayed for a month!

The apartment was modern, designed with function and comfort in mind, with quality materials used. It was a studio but spacious in the separate areas. The terrace was large and very usable. Everything was clean and the washing machine was easy to use as well as quiet . Communication was excellent with a friendly welcome. It was a most enjoyable stay.

Lovely breakfast served directly to your room: omelette, fresh bread, cheese and ham, fruits, different kinds of jams, cake, coffee, milk and juice. Very nice service.

The location was really good, center of Celorico and near everything, the staff was amazing and really helpful on everything. The house was clean and we had a good breakfast and coffee.
