Very clean and spacious apartment with lots of hospitality details. Parking right in front of the door was very convenient. The place is probably in the best location if you are visiting Riyadh Exhibition Center, which takes around 35 minutes by car. This would take more than an hour if we had stayed in the downtown. There are convenience stores nearby. Highly recommended place and owner.

The kitchen was equipped with everything you need for a couple of days. The bed was super comfy. They serve great arabic coffee with dates. The staff was excellent, especially mr. Mohammed.
