Simple check in. Clean everything from the yard and garage to the apartment itself. It was very nice. The instructions were clear. And we enjoyed staying at the apartment.

Great location and a fantastic place! We stayed only 1 night on our way to Croatia but fully enjoyed our stay.

Great location in a quiet, peaceful setting outside of the city, but close from highway exit with pizza restaurant at a walking distance, we liked private check in with lockbox which gave us check in flexibility and no need of personal intetaction as we arrived late and vere tired. Parking was s big bonus! Apartment is clean and spacious. We had a great stay .

The property in Maribor was absolutely excellent! It was really well equipped and located right in what I’d say is the very center of the city. Everything — and I mean everything — was within about five minutes’ reach. Despite being so central, it was very quiet and peaceful. The owner was a wonderful person who always checked in on us whenever we had an issue, responding in less than five minutes every time. Overall, if I ever return to Maribor, this is 100% the place I would choose again!

Exceptional sauna. Stocked kitchen with fresh eggs, fruit, homemade breads & extras. Kitchen has with all necessary items for cooking. Wonderfully warm, inviting, helpful hosts; recommended a fantastic local restaurant & surprised us with a delicious home cooked meal! We loved the location so much, that we canceled the last 2 nights of our holiday at a Croatian terme to continue our stay at this tremendous place. Great location for exploring the Styria region. The photos do not do this location justice. Peter & his wife are amazing hosts. As his 1st American guests, I recommend you STAY HERE!

The apartment is very new and has been lovingly created with great attention to detail; from traditional window frames which form part of the banisters, to the beautiful wooden floors and the wood-burning oven. The apartment is well-equipped, towels and bedding are provided and if we needed anything else then we only had to ask and our host provided it immediately. We were given fresh milk, apples, coffee and sweets upon arrival which we much appreciated! The apartment is located above the pizzeria and if you order the delicious pizzas everything is brought up to your terrace (including cutlery, plates and sauces) and you can eat in your own little space whilst listening to the owls call. We ate all our meals on the terrace with beautiful views over the rolling countryside, the lake beyond the trees and the mountains in the distance. Markovci is a sweet little town, with two shops, a pharmacy and an amazing ice cream shop! The village is just a few minutes walk from the lake and a stunning nature reserve. The gorgeous town of Ptuj is just a short drive away and well worth a visit (or two). It is true that the walls are a little thin and you can hear the apartment next door. But this wasn’t a problem as they got up and went to bed about the same time as we did. The apartment had air conditioning which was excellent during the summer heat. All in all we loved our stay, we felt very welcome and were impressed by our host, the apartment, the village and indeed Slovenia as a whole. We would love to come again, thank you for a lovely stay!

All the apartments were great, cosy and comfortable. As a family of 12 we could use the community table comfortably together. For the good mood we appreciated the music speakers.
