The gated entrance provides an added sense of safety, and the guidebook provided at check-in was extremely helpful. It clearly explained how to access the property, available amenities, and checkout procedures. The home itself was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable for our group of five. Everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen and common areas were absolutely stunning, and the private pool in the backyard was a nice touch. We also loved having access to the large pool at the Clubhouse. The property was spotless and looked exactly like the online photos. The location is excellent. It is close to Walmart, Publix, and both the Disney and Universal parks. The shower water pressure was incredible! They also provide a small starter kit with essentials such as trash bags, dishwasher pods, a sponge, and dish soap. If you're staying for an extended period, you may want to bring or purchase a few extra items, but our 5-day stay was perfect. Maria was very easy to communicate with through the booking app. When we had an issue with the TVs in the common area, maintenance promptly came out and resolved it. I highly recommend staying at Formosa Valley for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable vacation experience.

Wonderful resort right on the water, they have kayaks/paddle-boards/bikes available for use. We were able to snorkel right off the beach here and my son really enjoyed diving for seashells. The room was good with everything you might need in a kitchen. Very chilled out feeling, and beautiful sunsets. Cute little breakfast available.

When we arrived, there was Christmas music playing to welcome us! Nice touch! Was very clean, and I felt like we walked into a model home! The themed rooms are adoreable, beds comfy, great location! About 12 miles from Disney, close to shopping, 7-11 just down the road. Perfect place for our family Christmas at Disney!!
