Helpful, very friendly and always available to help with our needs and questions! The location is also great, within walking distance to Times Square and lots of buses nearby. Also the area was very safe. We will visit again.

I highly recommend this stay for solo travelers who need a cozy, restorative break between flights or calm place for vacation. The location is great and the rooms are spacious for NYC! The terrace in our room was definitely a plus!

Great value. The unit was very clean and had a nice layout. Check-in was simple, and communication with the host was excellent. The area had lots to do within walking distance. No complaints at all.
