The building is quite new, so everything feels clean and well maintained. On the ground floor, there is a café, food options, working space, and meeting room service if needed. I actually used the meeting space once and the experience was smooth. Overall, I think this place is suitable for business travelers, engineers, or specialists working in industrial zones in Binh Duong. I would consider staying here again for my next business trip.

The apartment has everything you need (except for a washing machine), and the neighborhood is pleasant, with shops and swimming pools nearby. If you are coming to this city and need a place for a short stay, I highly recommend choosing this host!

We enjoyed our 3 nights stay. For overstay of 9 hours the host charged us only half the rent. Very nice of him
