Travel time was reasonable, which made my daily schedule much easier. The room is designed like a serviced apartment, so it is comfortable for long stays. The kitchen is fully equipped for simple cooking. There are also washing and drying machines available in the building, which is very useful if you stay for several days or weeks. The building is quite new, so everything feels clean and well maintained. On the ground floor, there is a café, food options, working space, and meeting room service if needed. I actually used the meeting space once and the experience was smooth. Overall, I think this place is suitable for business travelers, engineers, or specialists working in industrial zones in Binh Duong. I would consider staying here again for my next business trip.

I would love to recommend this wonderful host! She is an incredible woman who can solve any problem quickly, and it will always turn out for the best. We arrived much earlier than expected, and she took care of our accommodation right away. She was so friendly, which made our visit to the city even more enjoyable. The apartment has everything you need (except for a washing machine), and the neighborhood is pleasant, with shops and swimming pools nearby. If you are coming to this city and need a place for a short stay, I highly recommend choosing this host!

We enjoyed our 3 nights stay. For overstay of 9 hours the host charged us only half the rent. Very nice of him
