Marvin was the gentlemen housekeeping my room whilst I was out, he kept it thoroughly clean every day with fresh sheets and all, and even went out of his way to tidy up my personal belongings to make the room look organised and clean. He's a professional.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Some of the ones whose names i remember are Sami, Amr, Ibrahim. But generally all the staff were super friendly . The food was great.

My stay was for 5 nights , I was lucky choosing this hotel during my visit to Dubai , I can assure that everything was excellent, the room was upgraded to a club room without extra fees , the hotel is so relaxing with a unique view on the Creek and various facilities , the staff are super helpful and friendly, the room was spacious, clean, quite and equipped with all requirements of a comfy stay , the location was perfect and the metro station was far about 10 minutes walk .
