Located in the centre of downtown Toronto, this 4-star Sheraton is located across the street from Nathan Phillips Square, a 5-minute walk from CF Toronto Eaton Centre. Overall a good hotel, the downside is that the windows on the 41st floor are dirty, looking out onto the courtyard, it looks like they haven't been cleaned for a long time and I noticed it at dinner, the upside is the comfortable, soft bed, the staff is polite, always smiling, entertainment shows and discos are warm, cozy (although the room was cool (maybe I need to know how and where to turn on the heat) and the TV didn't work, I couldn't connect my phone, their YouTube. Overall good. Thank you.

Staff was really helpful and not judgement at all they were super helpful when we were having trouble paying for our stay and the breakfast is super good. More importantly is quite and relaxing even if it's near the airport.

Located 1 block from the Detroit Windsor Tunnel. The room boast free Wi-Fi access throughout. Each contemporary guest room at Four Points by Sheraton Windsor is equipped with a flat-screen cable TV. It was a late night check in with oversized vehicles. They were very accommodating and got us checked in very fast. Great staff!

The non-smoking Four Points by Sheraton Hamilton provides accommodations designed for corporate business and leisure travellers, as well as families on trips at an affordable rate. I like everything to the easy check in and check out, to the heated pool, how everything was so close, short distant drives to the things we needed. The staff was also amazing and very helpful with all our needs and questions. To the Free parking and i loved how the breakfast was also included just fantastic.
