Located only a 10-minute walk from the iconic Kuta Beach, Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Kuta offers accommodation in the heart of Kuta. I have traveled many times and stayed in many hotels, but Four Points by Sheraton Kuta Bali is truly the BEST. The service is outstanding, the staff are incredibly friendly, and everything was perfect from the moment we arrived. The breakfast is beyond excellent — top quality with a huge variety and the best coffee options I have ever seen in a hotel. Everything was fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented. One of the things I really appreciate is that they never charge extra for additional requests — they always help with a big smile and without asking for any extra money. This level of service is rare and truly amazing. The facilities are great, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the location is perfect. I highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back again. Thank you to all the amazing staff for making our stay unforgettable! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Situated only minutes away from the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural Park on the Jimbaran Hill, Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Ungasan hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool and a spa and wellness centre. １．スタッフ：本当に素晴らしいスタッフのみなさまに空港到着からチェックアウトまで終始とても手厚くケア頂きました。Special mention to Dian-san, Budi-san, Pam-san, Lia-san, Adi-san, Ananta-san, and Novi-san 特にF&Bチームのみなさまには毎日明るく声をかけて頂き、信じられないくらいパーソナルで親身なホスピタリティを受け、心から感謝致します。次回のバリ訪問もこのホテルに宿泊したいと思う一番の理由は素敵なスタッフの皆さまです。 ２．朝食：毎朝の朝食が本当に楽しみでした。バリやインドネシアの料理やスイーツも楽しめ、大好きなJamuも毎日飲むことができ、次回はずっとここに滞在しても飽きないと思うくらい毎日たくさんのメニューが楽しめました。 ３．ロケーション：小高い丘にあり、とても静かな環境だったのもプラスです。人によってはビーチやショップの近くに徒歩で行きたいという方もいるかもしれませんが、私たちはむしろゆったり静かに過ごせたことがなにより幸せでした。
