Overall, the service is excellent. The rooms are clean and very comfortable.

Location is good- easy access to SOGO, variety of food choices and they were all delicious. Even the vege drinks were nice. I did not expect there was turmeric drink too 😆. My family really enjoyed the stay.

I became ill with a cold/flu during my business trip. The housekeeping team noticed there were vitamins and various supplements I was taking when they cleaned my room. They made the extra effort to give me more daily water bottles to increase my water intake to help me get better. I appreciated the level of caring and service so much I shared what the Sheraton staff did with my own staff who also work in the service industry.

Very Good and clean, High quality services

Great stay close to airport. Rooms were comfortable and facilities on site were great.

I recently had the pleasure of spending three nights at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta, and I am thrilled to share that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was impressed by the warm and personalized service that set the stage for a memorable stay. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by name—a small but meaningful touch that made me feel immediately welcome and valued. This level of personalized attention is a hallmark of excellent service, and it was clear that the staff at Four Points by Sheraton Jakarta truly understands the importance of making guests feel at home. The breakfast offerings were fantastic. Each morning, I was greeted with a diverse and delicious selection of food that catered to a variety of tastes and dietary preferences. Whether I was in the mood for a hearty meal or something lighter, the buffet had it all. The quality and freshness of the food were exceptional, and the breakfast team worked tirelessly to ensure everything was perfect. The room itself was a haven of cleanliness and comfort. It was evident that great care had been taken to maintain high standards of hygiene and upkeep. The attention to detail in the room’s design and amenities contributed to a restful and enjoyable stay. I particularly appreciated the thoughtful touches that added to the overall comfort and convenience. I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to several individuals who made my stay truly remarkable. Chelsea, Hana, Fahri, Pak Dedi, and Pak Franklin each played a significant role in ensuring that my experience was flawless. Their professionalism, friendliness, and dedication to guest satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. Whether it was through their attentive service, helpful recommendations, or simply their warm smiles, they each contributed to an outstanding level of hospitality. - Angga Permana -

Everything! This is an exceptional place to stay in Bandung! The service is impeccable and second to none! Bu Winni, Niwan and the entire team are all about ensuring customer satisfaction! Chef Feisal also went above and beyond preparing a surprise Balinese dish for my wife! A work of art and extremely delicious! The property itself is a beautiful Dutch colonial building in a prime location. Thank you so much Four Points Bandung for the memorable stay! We will be back!
