Room and breakfast were perfect. The position is very good, upon Pakuwon Mall which has supermarket, restaurants, shops and facilities. The stuff fulfilled all my requests. Recommended

The hotel is next to Plaza Tunjungan, so very convenient. Breakfast was excellent - great selection. Extremely welcoming staff. The swimming pool was very nice, good for individual swimming early morning and for families later in the day.

The first five-star urban resort within the vicinity of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport, the hotel exemplifies the brand’s signatures to create an environment where guests can feel comfortable... There is so much great thing to write about the hotel and its staff but we personally feel it was a home stay experience away from a home. We have an infant son with us and we were being looked after with so much love and care. The hotel staff go beyond and over to make sure ours stay, specially for our infant son is comfortable.

Located just 700 metres from the iconic Gedung Sate, Four Points by Sheraton Bandung boasts an outdoor pool and 3 dining options. Guests who drive can use the free parking facilities. Huge spread of breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Mr Leo and friends very attentive to customer need. We were offered special custom made breakfast which very delicious. Thanks for making our stay memorable. We definitely will stay here again.

I became ill with a cold/flu during my business trip. The housekeeping team noticed there were vitamins and various supplements I was taking when they cleaned my room. They made the extra effort to give me more daily water bottles to increase my water intake to help me get better. I appreciated the level of caring and service so much I shared what the Sheraton staff did with my own staff who also work in the service industry.
