When we opened the door to our room, it felt as if we had stepped into heaven. The housekeeping team had gone beyond imagination — every detail, every touch was filled with love and beauty. It wasn’t just decoration; it was emotion brought to life. It made our day even more memorable, and I’ll remain deeply grateful for this forever. A heartfelt thanks to the entire housekeeping team. Despite it being Diwali, they still made time to surprise us with a lovely gift. And one of the kind ladies from the team even helped my wife drape her saree — an act of pure kindness that touched our hearts. Well done, Sheraton. You truly have an amazing staff — not just skilled, but full of warmth, compassion, and humanity. Please take good care of them, for they are the reason your guests carry home not just memories, but feelings.
