Great property, spacious, clean, comfy, well equipped, onsite restaurant, ski equipment room, lots of free parking and the ski lift is actually from the property !

The host is very friendly and can order bread, eggs and fresh milk during our stay. The host also kindly accepted our request for an additional day. The room is very clean and cosy.

We felt like home and had amazing food. Felt like family and really taken care of. They really cared about the quality of our stay, and the food was not only tasty but also really healthy. We would love to go back.

Great value for money. Location is great: 2-3 minutes walk from the heart of the village with gondola lift, restaurants, bus stop, ski rental services, etc. There is also a room for storing skis and boots. Friendly and helpful host. Parking place. Clean and warm. Supermarket is nearby. In studio apartments there is a wall (not up to the ceiling) with the door between kitchen and sleeping area, so it's essentially a single bedroom apartments, which is nice if you're staying not alone.

The apartment was beautiful in an idyllic setting. The hosts went above and beyond. First bringing us a lovely basket of food when we came with none. And most importantly, because we didn’t realize we should have a car, provided us rides into town on several occasions. Best to have a car and not rely on taxis as the apartment is about 10 minutes from town in the hills.

This place is an oasis of piece - beautiful view from the terrace, confortable beds, calm area of Niederau, I couldn´t have been more satisfied here. The owners are super nice and helpful, the lady makes delicious breakfasts. I will return back for sure!

Great to have a bath after skiing as most place just have showers.

The room was fantastic, with a lovely balcony and it was very clean. Breakfast and dinner were super with a great choice of food and drinks and the food was really tasty. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, going out of their way to make sure we were well cared for. There were 3 pools (2 indoor and 1 outdoor) and all of them were really clean. The sauna and relaxation areas were superb. It's a fantastic family-run hotel and we would love to go back!

Very relaxing stay in a friendly classic Austrian village hotel: good service, half board good value and tasty food. Complimentary bus and gondola journeys offset the tourist taxes and added value to our stay. Fantastic views and ambience. Recommended!

Lovely and big, clean, modern.

Great breakfast, nice pool, but mostly the team/family was super friendly, warm and made you feel very welcome!

The food absolutely amazing and the staff even catered to our dietetic restrictions. They were mindful of both gluten and histamine intolerances and kept providing information throughout our stay. Staff was also very helpful while providing information on ski slopes and points of internet. An all-round great experience.

The resort was wonderful. The food was amazingly tasty and the quality was top notch. The service was divine as well and they even upgraded our room. It was the best way to detox after weeks of travelling around and eating and drinking. A 10/10 stay!

The apartment was a real surprise for us, spacy, clean, modern, with a separate room with the table, small stove, where you can eat, read, play the games. Also what is good that there are many hooks to hang the clothes. Someone thought properly when reconstructing this apartment. The cook in the kitchen is Slovakian and cooks perfectly. All food was exceptionally good than in the traditional Austrian kitchen. Also the hotel has very nice relaxing sauna area.

Big apartment. It has 2 rooms for 2 people, another can stay in the living room. The kitchen is small but has everything you need. Hosts are friendly. (Just make sure you understand the wifi password, it took me a while to figure out what was written lol)

Amazing apartment with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Everything is new, spotless, and beautifully designed, with very comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen. And the view from the terrace… absolutely breathtaking! We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment is very close to the ski lifts, gondola, ski rental, and restaurants, and about a 10-minute walk from the supermarket. It has a beautiful view of the mountains and the pistes. The apartment is well equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, microwave, and vacuum cleaner. There is also ski and boot storage in the cellar. The host service was kind and helpful, so it's not surprising the apartment is often pre-booked. Really good value for money. We would happily come back again!
