Everything was perfect. The owners were very kind and helpful. The accommodation was large, comfortable, fully furnished, we didn't miss anything. Ski storage, parking available. The apartment is pleasantly warm when you come back from skiing. There is a swimming pool with a sauna 2 minutes by car from the accommodation. Ski areas are approx. 10 minutes by car. The accommodation is further from the center, but with children we liked the peace and time for family. We would like to come back also in the summer.

The landlady was incredibly warm and supportive. She went above and beyond with genuinely kind gestures that made us feel truly welcomed and cared for. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality! The proximity to the bus stand and restaurants meant we never had to venture far for transportation or dining options. Everything we needed was literally at our doorstep. Overall, this apartment proved to be the perfect base for our trip—comfortable, well-located, and blessed with the kind of hospitality that transforms a good stay into an unforgettable memory. We'd absolutely return in a heartbeat!

This is a family run hotel and with no doubt one of the best hotel experiences we ever had. The food is a Michelin experience and the family vibe experience made us feel so welcome. Honestly you will not regret it to book it. Everything is just amazing.

Location was great lots of things near by to do, we love the Beth-rooms specially the bathrooms in each room. Sauna area was also great and with space for all the family

Everything was fantastic. The house has all facilities, it is located near the best ski centers in Austria. The Zillertal Arena and the Wildkogel Arena are amazing. Near the house is a market that offers everything you need. Thank you to the host for an unforgettable winter vacation.

Position between Zillertall Arena and Kitzbühel is helpful , just 15-20 minutes by car to both sky areas. Close to the main access road, close to shops and everything you need . The apartment was spacious and warm . The room for deposit of the sky equipments was very useful . The mountain view from the back of the house was very nice too . Friendly staff. Local restaurant.
