Perfect hotel, very comfortable and clean

This place is an absolute gem. Our host George has been exceptional so far. He assisted us with directions before we arrived and met us with a smile to show us around the room and small spa facility which looks lovely, complete with jacuzzi, sauna, bathroom facilities and optional music. George also helped us out with ski hire from the shop next door, they provided a good price compared to other tourist trap ski hire shops. I would recommend not booking ski hire, etc online and speaking to your host at the apartments instead. He advised that we get the rechargeable ski pass which works out cheaper if you're here for a bit longer. He also gave us reccomendations for food and drink nearby and told us where to avoid. The room itself is lovely, massive windows let in loads of natural light. Comfortable bed. There's also a nice shared balcony overlooking the ski slopes, which brings me on to my next point. The location could not be any better, right across the road from the ski slopes with the ski hire shop right next door and countless food and drink spots within a stone's throw. There seem to be some negative reviews linked to the Google page for White Horse Apartments which are actually for a white horse restaurant which isn't operating anymore. Don't let it deter you. George was also telling us about the plans to further improve the amenities for the accommodation. I won't share the details but it will definitely be worth checking out. We've barely started our holiday here but already we know that we'll be back at some point. Edit after check out: tried to leave a tip for George's mum who cleans the rooms because we can be a bit messy and when we went to collect our bags I found the tip lying on top of the bags. Went to give it to George and they refused to accept it. If that doesn't say something then I don't know what does.

Amazing well designed apartment for 4 people, very comfortable beds (sofas and the double bed), best equipped with kitchen, all tools, dish-washer and coffee machine. Very warm atmosphere.

It is perfect! We totally recommend the apartment! Very good location, very clean, very big, with all the facilities inside..just perfect!

Everything was perfect. From the warm welcome we received upon arrival all the way to when we were leaving. The staff are exceptional and the hotel beautiful. The food is super tasty, plenty of choice for everyone's taste. We had an amazing holiday and we are planning to come back next year! Thank you to everyone at Iglika!

Location location location. Also, lovely and attentive staff. The restaurant was perfect, especially for the wonderful NYE dinner and dancing.

Very tasty food and good service, not far from the center

excellent service, the staff are very friendly, the chalet is very comfortable. the restaurant has a very pleasant atmosphere, and best of all, next to the ski slope.
