Excellent host. He speaks and understands English very well. He delivered on everything we requested. The rooms are small but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was as we requested from the night before. The meal at the tavern was good and not particularly expensive. We will most likely come again if there is snow for skiing in Borovets.

Great hotel surrounded by old pine trees, in a perfect location in Borovets. Pool was amazing and we very much enjoyed the lounge with the fireplace. Our room was a marvelous, spacious suite with comfy beds and we had our own balcony! Breakfast was very good! We will sure be back for more days!

The chalet was just perfect for the vacation we had imagined. Sadly it was a little bit warmer and there wasn't much snow, thus the entire experience was not the winter wonderland we were envisioning, but this is where the host Marinos stepped in with suggestions for different activities. He really takes his job to another level, taking care of our needs, sharing contacts for things to do (special thanks to Martin the horse guy).. All in all we had a great time.
