Close to the lift, really clean and spacious room with amazing view. Well equipped, well maintained sauna with clean pool. Restaurant below offers amazing food.

Beautiful, clean and cosy hotel. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable bad, very friendly staff. The shuttle brings you with ski equipment to the skilift and back to the hotel. Spa is big, various and well organized. Pool is enough big for swimming with a relaxing lights and deco. Breathtaking nature, huge skiresort and hiking trails nearby.

Amazing place! Super cool traditional apartments next to the ski lifts! Great atmosphere and they also have a ski room with heat to dry all your stuff!

Decent apartment with all facilities necessary plus some more. Comfortable, due to garden, for bringing our dog. Sauna was private and great. Beautiful area, fit for hikers. Busstop was nearby.

The contact with the owners, the spacious rooms and common areas, the high-quality toiletries available on site, the comfortable beds, the very well-equipped kitchen, the beautiful views from the window, the quiet neighborhood, and the proximity to everything—shops, hiking trails, and the ski bus. I highly recommend it. We were a group of nine; everyone had their own space.

Wonderful and relaxing location close to the Caumasee (25 min walk to lake or 10-15 min to the elevator) and Crestasee (15 min to Parking 5 and then 15 min walk to lake). Lots of restaurants and short drive to COOP grocery store. Even though the place is on the main street (that's where you get the keys from the box) it is SUPER quiet at night, we slept with the window of the balcony open to always get air in the apt. Beds comfortable (a little bit soft), spacious and very well equipped kitchen (even with coffee, tea, washing powder, and a fondue pot!!). Lots of room to put personal belongings (drawers, cupboards). Had a couple of saunas, tiny but effective. Parking right below house (you need to drive round the back of the house and it is parking n.6), smart TV, fans in rooms in case it gets warm. It was 35° during the day bit the place stayed relatively cool and at night went down to 26° in the house. It was a real pleasure to stay here. Loved it! ps - bring shampoo and conditioner, there is only bath gel.

So comfortable, and great location for the mountain lifts

The host is super helpful and accommodating. Really good at answering back and helping with enquiries. Very spacious accommodation with everything you need. Beds are comfortable and it’s so peaceful and quiet at night. The scenery is so beautiful. Short walk To the stores and very close to the skiing.

A perfect place to stay to ski in Flims. A beautifully equipped kitchenette, with everything you could want to cook: not just a minimal load from IKEA, but pans, and grater, and tongs and salad bowl and silverware! A patio, leading onto the garden, with two chairs and a parasol In other words, the hotel's owners have really thought about what you'll need, and want. An easy journey from Zurich airport: train to Chur, and then a bus to Flims Caumasee. From there a two minute walk. And a transfer bus every two or three minutes from the same stop to the ski lifts. OK: it's not ski in ski out- but not many places in Flims are. AND it's so easy to make the 3 minute journey, AND when you get back to the hotel, it's quiet. (You can go for a stroll on a walking trail immediately from the hotel, into forest toward a lake, past some horses). Now that beats any 5 star hotel with a pool and casino! The owner is kind and gentle- and the sauna..... The sauna is the best in the world: not a sweaty cubby hole. It's on the top floor, with a glass wall, overlooking the mountains and forest. After a day's skiing you can watch the sun set on the peaks as you relax.....

Location very close to the ski slopes and the bus station, cleanliness, excellent spa, very good food and very friendly staff!

Staff were welcoming and always very helpful. This was a wonderful place to revisit. Dining on the terrace with that beautiful view was very special. Thank you for a memorable stay.
