Our two-night stay was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, the rooms were spotless and cozy, and the breakfast selections were varied and delicious - the homemade oatmeal, fresh orange juice, large selection of fresh, quality breads and teas were outstanding. Convenient parking right outside was a bonus. We'll definitely be back!

We booked a budget room as it was only a stopover on a road trip, the receptionist was very, very friendly and helpful, the room was perfect and very clean and we enjoyed the bar food and a few beers on the terrace watching the paragliders and balloons, we just happened to be in Flims for thei International Hot Air Balloon Week.

This was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had – a fully deserved 10/10. If you are coming to Flims, this is the only place worth staying. The hotel perfectly combines the atmosphere of a classic alpine retreat with a modern, elegant design. Everything feels thoughtful and refined, from the interiors to the overall ambiance. The staff are exceptionally kind and helpful at every stage of the stay – genuinely warm, professional, and always attentive. There are three or four different restaurants offering a wide variety of excellent cuisine. The food is delicious (not the cheapest, but absolutely worth it), and the breakfasts are outstanding. One of the main lobby restaurants even has a DJ playing soft, pleasant music from the morning – a unique and very enjoyable touch that adds to the atmosphere. The spa area is superb: a proper swimming pool with warm water, a beautiful outdoor pool, and an excellent sauna section. It is the perfect place to relax after a day on the slopes. The location is in quiet street, a bit on the side but the ski shuttle service is flawless. I mean it. It runs smoothly in both directions, with waiting times never longer than five minutes. It is incredibly convenient and well organized. In 3 minutes you're next to the ski lift and after long day of skiing you can feel like a VIP with private shuttle just after you take off your skies. The hotel is great both for groups of friends and for families. There is a dedicated playroom and games area for children, which makes it very family-friendly. Accommodation is available either in the main building or in Villa Soldanella, but there is absolutely no need to worry about that. Everything is connected by an underground corridor, and the whole solution is so well designed that you barely notice the difference. I highly recommend this hotel and will happily return. An exceptional place in every sense with reasonable price as for Swiss Alps and such a quality.
