I can’t express how grateful I am to Marco at Hotel Klein Matterhorn. After making the difficult decision not to continue my hike, I found myself without accommodation, and even though the hotel was fully booked, Marco went above and beyond to help me. He made countless calls to find me a place to stay, all with genuine care and kindness. His calm, thoughtful support meant the world to me during a really vulnerable moment. Not only is Marco incredibly kind, he’s also an amazing entertainer! He brings so much warmth and life to the hotel. All the staff were truly wonderful, welcoming, helpful, and full of heart. We loved our spacious room and if you leaned over the balcony you could see the Matterhorn. The staff was extremely welcoming to usabd our 2 dogs, delicious breakfast and we loved their kindness to let us use their spa ( after check out) once we came back from a very long hike . That was a lifesaver!

I am so pleased I chose this hotel out of the many available in Zermatt. The staff were exceptionally helpful, the room was enormous and very well equipped, and we had an amazing view of the Matterhorn from our balcony! The massive bath was wonderful! I would definitely stay here again.

Svs was very good, reception didn't hesitate to setup small area for our meals outside their svs hours. Breakfast was good..was really happy to see rice being served (we are Singaporean Chinese, need rice! Haha). Would be happy to recommend this hotel.
