The chalet is perfect. Well equiped, large, great views. Swings, picnic table outside for the perfect weather that we had (july). Perfect place for hiking directly from the house to several directions. The host was perfect. Responsive, helpful and nice.

This is a beautiful chalet with parts of the original from the 17th century still present. The owner was very friendly and informative. It’s warm and comfortable. This valley is so beautiful and has excellent walking. Well worth a visit. We had a wonderful week here. Thank you.

Stylish and well equipped apartment with all the mod cons in a beautiful old building, conveniently located by the bus stop for Borca Macugnaga, with wonderful walks right at the doorstep. The accommodation is very comfortable and relaxing both inside and outside in the garden, with sitting areas to enjoy the amazing views, and the flowers, fruits & vegetables the owners grow. Macugnaga is a magical place, just as we remembered from skiing here many years ago, as if time had stood still. The summer is perfect for walking, under sunny blue sky (apart from one day it rained during our stay), with snow capped mountain, rivers, lakes & waterfalls, as well as abundant flora & fauna, so much Macugnaga has to offer. Best of all, the host Daniella, she’s fluent in English so very easy to communicate with for us non Italian speakers. She’s so helpful and efficient, when we had problems with trains, buses, airport shuttles etc she sorted all out for us straight away after quick whatsup messages, which made our holiday so much more enjoyable without having to worry about all those things out of our control. She also made recommendations for walks, activities, restaurants etc, and made reservation for us, as well as booking reliable local taxis which made the evening outing in the rain went really smoothly. Whatever help you may need, she’s there for you, she’s simply a super woman!

The scenary from the balcony was super amazing! In the day and night, you will enjoy picturesque mountain views and stary nights! In addition, room was silent. We really enjoyed staying there.

Location is 2 minutes walk from center but makes it a nice quiet place. Very clean and nicely renovated with a beautiful wellness

Just incredible. The room was lovely and silent, bed was comfy, nice hot shower, the location was perfect and the breakfast.... AMAZING! Highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely worth it.

Cosy apartment but too small for a family of four> the kids slept on the couch/bed in the kitchen and it was too small. The bed in our room was very good and the bath was ok, nice shower, but the door was toorisky on the stairs and at night it would be sometimes difficult to go there. The smart tv was ok, and it was very clean. Unfortunately the "basics" for cooking at our first arrival weren't there: salt, oil..We would have appreciated them. Anyway there were dishes and all the rest (not a table cloth or breakfast placemats) I would reccomend our apartment just for 2. The host was kind.
