The building is new and barely used. It has all sorts of facilities: bike room with secure personal bike boxes and their own electric mountain bikes available for rent, ski room and underground parking. They have an entire area with jacuzzi, hot baths and saunas (you get a free drink per use) as well as an alpaca farm where you can pet them or take them for a walk. Tech is great - via a third party app, you can open all doors from your phone as long as you are next to them and you have your bluetooth on. The saunas and jacuzzi are also app operated by the staff members. The restaurant was under construction still when we stayed, reason why there was no breakfast, yet we had the possibility to order the night before some croissants/yoghurt and/or coffee. There are vending machines at the reception as well. Location is great. We went at the end of May so no skiing for us, yet we rented the electric bikes and went to Laghi di Cancano which is up the mountain right behind the building. Right in front of the building there was also an advertisment for downhill family bob but we didn't get the chance to explore it. Overall, very nice mountain area with lots of things to do in summer/winter. Make sure that when you want to go out to eat you make a reservation as the restaurants are usually full.

The place is in a secluded valley, nearby a water stream, barely accessible by car and immersed in the peace and silence of nature. The rooms and restaurant and all the facilities are beautifully decorated with carved wood and local crafts, every detail is special and all is planned to make guests feel at home. Two beautiful cats and two dogs live in the property, making pet lovers feel at ease and kids happy to play with them. Just outside the property, there is plenty of opportunities to take long walks on easy trails, completely surrounded by forest and fields. The restaurant serves amazing, locally sourced food and has an incredible wine list. In one word, this place is paradise!

Very nice appartment with amazing views in quite area. Very comfortable parking in garage,huge space. Very good skiing location - 15 min cima piazzi,super family resort,15min to Trepalle to get up to Mottollino,Livigno village 30 min. Excellent value for the money,will come back!

Really friendly staff! We were staying in the apartment in different building, didn't have salt or butter, the staff was very friendly to share them with us. The rooms were spotless and nicely furnished. Also, the hotel has a private spa - just for you - with jacuzzi, sauna and steam bath. After a day of skiing this was a bliss.
