The Minturn Inn is an outstanding place to stay. The host Rob makes you feel very welcome. The atmosphere is warm and cosy, very much a 'home from home'. The porch is a good and comfortable space to sit and watch the world go by or the sun go down. Our room was very good, no complaints at all and as for the breakfast, it was superb. Plentiful and fresh, nothing could be done to improve it.

Room was a nice size and quiet. I could not hear any of the other guests unless they were in the hallway. TV was definitely too small to enjoy from the bed but the WIFI made up for it haha. Great internet speed and connection. I would suggest putting a wifi booster near the top floor since I noticed the router was in the basement.

The overall comfort of the house was disappointing due to different heat zones. The wood floors were clean, we kept it clean as well, the kitchen overall was clean, and so were the bathrooms.
