All units in the hotel are equipped with a flat-screen TV and free toiletries. They are very friendly, and all details where lovely they give you complimentary tea or coffee, and they provide bus tickets to get to the gondola and downtown during all your stay, I found it perfectly fine and the price was reasonable.

The staff were warm & accommodating. It snowed a lot when we were there so we had a true snowy wonderland experience.
