The location is perfect, just across from Interlaken West train station. Our room had a balcony with stunning views of the mountains. The staff is wonderful—friendly, multilingual, and very accommodating. Breakfast is included and delicious. Plus, there's 24/7 access to coffee, tea, and fresh water from a machine at the reception. There's nothing to complain about; it was a fantastic stay!

Very nice hotel, receptionist was very friendly and hotel facilities were in good condition. Room was great too and clean. Breakfast was good too. Close to Interlaken Ost train station about 7mins walking.
