Appartements Hofquartier are located in Luzern, a 10-minute walk from the train station and the KKL culture and convention centre and a 5-minute walk from the old town. オーナーは働き者でとても親切。メッセージをするとすぐ返信が来ます。もしくは、すぐ部屋に来て直接対応してくれます。私たちのリクエストを全て受け入れてくれました、リクエストしなくても私たちの状況を見て、適切な提案をいくつもしてくれました。 インテリアはとても素敵で、全ての家具や調度品が部屋のカーテンやラグ、絵画とマッチしています。優雅な気持ちになれます。 キッチンの設備は完璧で、私たちは使いませんでしたが、私たちの部屋にはチーズフォンデュ用の鍋や、オーブン料理に対応する耐熱性など、どんな料理でも作ることができます。（※これはもしかしたらファミリールームだったので特に充実していたのかも。事前に問い合わせをしてください） ロケーションもとても良く、近くには有名な瀕死のライオン像や教会、湖、スーパー、駅へのバス停。どこにでもアクセスが簡単です。それでいて、アパートの周辺は静かです。 私たちは日本人で、サービスが整い過ぎた日本のホテルに慣れており、海外ではなかなか納得できるホテルを探すのが難しいですが、ここはそんな日本人でも満足出来ること間違いないです！今までで1番のアパートメントホテルでした。

Every element of our stay at Donat and Lina's Welness Alpengarten has been simply amazing! Located in a beautiful region, close to highlights such as Lucerne and Mount Pilatus, but remote enough to enjoy the serene Swiss nature. We were received very well by our hosts, explaining every detail of the facilities, while also providing tips and guidance on activities in the area. Breakfast was served royally, which could be consumed in the beautiful garden. The retreat itself is equipped with everything one could wish for, and recharge completely by enjoying the multiple private wellness facilities. We would love to come back here once more, and enjoy another Indonesian Nasi Goreng in the peaceful Swiss mountains!

We had an amazing 3-night stay at Abendrot! The apartment was spotless, cozy, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed — from a well-stocked kitchen to comfortable beds and a lovely balcony with stunning mountain views. The location couldn’t be better: quiet and peaceful, yet just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and the cable car. Our hosts were warm, welcoming, and very responsive, making check-in and communication effortless. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches and the sense of care throughout the property. Sörenberg itself is a true gem — beautiful hiking trails, breathtaking scenery, and plenty to do in every season. Abendrot was the perfect home base for exploring it all. We’d happily come back and can highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and scenic Swiss getaway!
