Pytloun Grand Hotel Imperial is situated in Liberec city centre and features a terrace, bar, 24-hour front desk and free WiFi available in all areas. Everything was good, breakfast, dinner, massages, comfortable bed but MOST of all, at the front desk a very kind and sweet young lady named Anna was so helpful. She even came to our rescue (with a smile on her face) when I locked my safe incorrectly and couldn’t open it. Everything was nice but an employee like Anna is what makes you return.

Really nice wellness with a nice view of the mountains, also from the rooms. The dinner was amazing! Tom was really helpful and made the experience even better!

Located 100 metres from the 16th-century centre of Liberec, this hotel offers free Wi-Fi in each air-conditioned room. We decided to stop in this city to spend the afternoon and the night to continue our roadtrip and it was the perfect choice. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Also we had a great breakfast in the rooftop. We were very happy with our stay. The staff also treated us very good, Adela and Luca were very nice to us and helped us with everything very efficiently.

Pytloun Self Check-in Hotel Liberec on the outskirts of Liberec, close to the I-35 expressway and only a 4-minute drive from the city centre. The staff were amazing really, both the lady with whom we communicated regarding our arrival, and the lady who prepared breakfast. The hotel responded to our travel needs and all concerns before and during the stay. The online registration went really well, there was a welcome note in the reception listing all our names, including the kids. A great human touch for a self-checkin hotel. The hotel was in a quiet part of town, the parking lot was spacious enough. The breakfast was really nice. Nice hot water in the shower.

Firstly - the staff! They were all so nice, helpful, friendly and willing to help if needed. The apartment was spotless on arrival. Loads of space for 2 people, and definitely enough space for more if your party is bigger. Beds were really comfortable too. The sauna and jacuzzi were really nice, the bar was great. Nice selection of drinks and good to relax in. Also for non winter months, this is close to loads of hiking trails which was exactly what I was after!

We stayed at Vila Terasy in Liberec for 4 nights as a young family, and our experience was simply perfect! The apartment was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with free and convenient parking right on site. Our host, Lucie, was amazing — always available, kind, and helpful with anything we needed, making us feel truly welcome. It was such a pleasure to come back to the apartment at the end of each day and relax in a cozy, peaceful atmosphere. We highly recommend this place and would definitely love to come back on our next visit to the area!
