There was power outage during our stay (due to storm). They proposed us to stay temporary in other apartment that had electricity until electricity is back. Very good attitude during crisis situation.

The apartment was clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed after a rafting trip. The owner was also very nice and gave us tips on restaurants near the accommodation.
