The location was very quiet, but in the small town of Ubersee, a short drive to Lake Chiemsee and about a 1 hour drive to Berchtesgaden National park.

Hotellägarna Rolf och Diana var glada, engagerade och väldigt hjälpsamma. Frukosten var fantastisk, där fanns allt man kan önska. Rummet var stort och smakfullt möblerat , välstädat och modernt. Vi åker väldigt gärna hit igen!

Coming all the way from Melbourne, Australia, we enjoyed the beautiful surroundings and the spacious and comfortable space. The house felt homey and cozy, fully equipped with all the amenities (including a large digital TV and a infrared cabin). The rooms are spacious and comfortable and were more than enough for our group of 8. The three levels offered privacy, space and designated areas for meals, rest, and play. Despite of the -14 degrees Celsius outside, we were warm and comfortable inside… Most of all, Georg was a wonderful host - very responsive and generous! He made us feel right at home and provided anything we asked for (even a spare keyboard for the fantastic study!). Thank you so much for an unforgettable stay - we can’t wait to come back and highly recommend it.

Beatrice and the hosts are exceptionally kind, warm, and attentive — truly wonderful hosts who made us feel very welcome from the beginning. The house is old and full of character, with wooden floors throughout (which naturally make some noise, as expected in a historic home), something that is part of its charm. At the same time, the house is very well equipped: the rooms are very big, the mattress is excellent, the bed linen was perfectly clean, and everything was spotless and well organized. The kitchen is fully equipped, with brand-new pots, pans, and utensils, all in great condition. The restaurant and sightseeing recommendations provided by the hosts were excellent and really enhanced our stay. We truly loved our time here and would definitely stay again.
