Moun10 is an excellent place, very new, great design, well equipped and very modern. Soundproofing is superb. TVs have all streaming services available. It has a feeling of a luxury hotel, but with a reasonable price. Hotel has a sauna which you can book and use with full privacy. It also has a gym which is open till midnight, maybe even 24 hours. Ibrahim at the reception was very friendly, offering all kinds of advices, tips and suggestions. Moun10 is centrally located, everything is at hand. It is right next to the train station, but you will hear no noise, no see any crowd. You will not go wrong with this choice.

Breakfast is included and it's absolutely delicious! The staff is incredibly friendly and treat you like family. Although we didn't utilize this service, they provide you with bus passes to get around town in - which is a nice perk! They have a handful of different types of saunas which were super relaxing to go around and rotate in. The pool is clean and great to cool off in after the saunas.

As usual, the staff was stellar. Every request and inquiry was acted upon with a cheerful smile and prompt efficiency. They delivered 100% especially when I needed it the most. The hotel is situated across the street from the Bad Reichenhall Bahnhof (train station). No worries since the hotel has excellent soundproofing. The public areas along with the room itself were immaculate. The bathroom had all the expected amenities including hair dryer, soaps and a towel warmer. The A/C runs well and can be adjusted. There is an Aldi supermarket and a store specializing in health products and cosmetics nearby. An Italian pizza restaurant is across the street (order the spinach and salmon pizza), and a Bavarian restaurant is a few blocks away. The Avalon is a family-owned and run business so you get that special attention you can’t get at a chain hotel. I highly recommend this property.
