This hotel in the town of Schwangau's Horn district offers rooms with panoramic views of the Alps. It is less than 2 km away from the Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. Great location, fantastic staff. The rooms were very clean, there was a shared fridge outside the room available. Breakfast was superb with very attentive staff, table setting with lots of care and love, gave a homely feel.

Careful attention to every possible detail was visible throughout our stay. We loved the mix of older style comfort and modern amenities. The spa in the basement was a particular plus. And having a direct view of the Neuschwanstein castle was a highlight too - it was the first thing we saw in the morning and one of the last things at night. Breakfast was tasty too, and every request we had was fulfilled quickly and in a really friendly way. Wherever we’re back in the region we’ll be staying here again.

Jägerhof und Jägerstadel อยู่ในชวานเกา ห่างจากพิพิธภัณฑ์ Museum of Füssen 2.4 กม. The property is clean and has a very warm feeling. The hosts are very nice. Room 2 has a very nice balcony. Breakfast is served from 7:30-9am and the breakfast room is quite cozy and comfortable.

Bergwerk/ Mine (in English) is a fabulous apartment, beautifully decorated with all the cosy comforts of home you require. Bonus was a secure underground parking in the apartment building and an on-site laundry (coin operated) in the basement. Bicycles can be rented directly from Sebastian - a fantastic host who is quick to respond to questions, always available to assist and give guidance during your stay. The apartment has a lovely balcony with stunning views of the Schwangau valley and Allgau Alps. It was great to relax on the balcony in the evenings and watch sunset over the lake and valley area. Schwangau village and the Forgensee Lake are all within a short walking distance from the apartment. Hohenschwangau and Neuschwanstein Castles are about 4kms from the apartment - great scenic areas to walk or cycle through to reach the castles. All in all, we had a fantastic stay and experienced true Bavarian hospitality - Thank You again Sebastian, we will definitely return to "Bergwerk #no filter" when next we visit Schwangau and Füssen.

It had all the facilities you would need and ideal for a family stay ranging in ages 7-70! It’s within walking distance of the town centre and parking right outside.

We feel very lucky to stay in this fantastic two bedroom apartment, excellent location that is close to the train/bus stations and is right in the heart of the old town, step out the apartment there are many shops and delicious bakeries, full of cafes and restaurants with outdoor seating. We stayed in the “Sissi” two bedrooms apartment, spotless clean that has a very large living space, master bedroom, a second bedroom that has two bunkbeds and desk, large bathroom shower for which the water temperature and pressure is perfect. Full equipped kitchen with eating area for four. The owner Peter is extremely organized, we followed his advice and had a very successful trip to visit the two castles and enjoyed many good meals in town. This comfortable classic apartment is perfect for family of four or just a couple to stay, we highly recommend it to anyone, book early when visiting Fussen.
