The apartment is about 10 min drive from Plitvice Lakes and Barac Caves in a very quiet area with a view of the surrounding hills and forests. Dedicated parking for the residents is available next to the entrance. The kitchen is fully equipped (three different kind of coffee makers!) The windows and doors are perfectly noise canceling and with the window shutters rolled down you can sleep like a baby.. There are also great restaurants withing a short walk, offering variety of local specialties.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Marija’s villa, and we can’t recommend it enough! From the moment we arrived, Marija welcomed us with such warmth and generosity that we immediately felt at home. She is truly a kind-hearted and thoughtful host, always making sure we had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. Her hospitality was simply outstanding. The villa itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly well-equipped. Every detail has been carefully thought through—from the fully stocked kitchen to the little touches like extra towels, coffee, spices, and even board games. It really felt like everything we could possibly need was already there, and more. We especially enjoyed the outdoor barbecue area, which was perfect for relaxing evenings with family and friends. The washing machine and dryer made life easy during our stay, and even the dartboard added a fun twist to our time at the villa—we spent many cheerful evenings competing and laughing together. The house is ideal for families or groups, with plenty of space, comfortable beds, and a peaceful atmosphere. The surrounding area is quiet and scenic, which made our stay all the more relaxing. Marija went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and her kind spirit truly made this trip special. We left with full hearts and wonderful memories. Lovely welcome, everything was settled and explained promptly and we could immediately make use of the very clean pool and its comfortable lounge chairs. Even though the house is next to a busy street the room was really quiet - the only perceivable noise was from other guests talking and stomping loudly in the hallway. There is space to park, and we were given great recommendations of restaurants. The location is ideal to visit for instance Barac caves or Plotvice National Park. Would recommend and stay there again!

Very clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, provided evening we needed, excellent air conditioning, plenty of plugs to charge electonics, electric pot to heat water, and complete coffee service in the room.
