They gave great recommendations for restaurants and were very knowledgeable. Their English was very good, and whenever we had questions or didn’t understand something, they explained everything clearly. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends

Craig and all the staff were wonderful and made us feel like home. They had great tips for things to do in the area, gave us rides from/to town, and also helped make reservations. The e-bikes made getting around super smooth. Breakfast and coffee every morning were top notch. And finally the lodge itself was spotless and in a super beautiful and peaceful area, with hikes starting pretty much right outside the door

Minakami Onsen Aratashi Minakami อยู่ในมินาคามิ ห่างจากกาล่ายูซาวะ สโนว์รีสอร์ท 33 กม. The staffs are very nice and helpful! The room was so big and comfortable. The breakfast were so good :) My toddler was very enjoy staying here.

This guesthouse is hidden gem during our 2 night stay at Kusatsu onsen with only 7-8 rooms & the environment is very cozy. The guesthouse was newly renovated & everything like new. We booked 4pax stay & the rooms condition is excellent. The staff service is good. We love it very much the onsen facility on this guesthouse. Breakfast provided were excellent. Nevertheless, this guesthouse is highly recommend during your visit to Kusatsu Onsen.

Minakamisansou อยู่ในมินาคามิ ห่างจากกาล่ายูซาวะ สโนว์รีสอร์ท 36 กม. It is the perfect place if you want to get a relaxing trip with a traditional Japanese onsen. The location is quiet and with perfect picturesque views of the mountains from the onsen. The staff are really nice and accommodating, even though we don't speak japanese. The food is amazing and at the same level of a fine dining restaurant every breakfast and dinner. Special thanks to Chinoki who served us everyday in English and helped us enjoy our meals everyday.

Hanaingen is an adult only accommodation situated in Kusatsu, just a 2-minute walk from Yubatake, or the hot water field in Kusatsu Onsen. From the second we stepped onto the threshold of this hotel, we felt welcomed and super cozy. Although the lady at the reception didn't speak English, she still did her best to explain everything we needed to know about the hotel and the area. We also had complimentary sweets and participated in a small tea ceremony, which was something we, as tourists visiting Japan for the first time, appreciated so much. The place had four private onsen rooms, with all the necessities you might need, such as different shampoos, towels, hairbrushes and cotton pajamas after the bath! Sleeping on the bed felt like sleeping on a cloud. Yubatake was 1 minute away from us. The breakfast was delicious. I wish we had stayed there longer!

Itamuro Onsen Daikokuya มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในนาสุชิโอบาระ ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟชิราคาวะ 42 กม. very large comfortable rooms with excellent river views, delicious meals, beautiful location and garden....plus..full sakura bloom during our 3 night stay!
