Offering free bikes and mountain view, Southern Alps Kaikomagatake Foot of the Kaikoma is set in Hokuto, 41 km from Canora Hall and 36 km from Kamisuwa Station. Very pretty location, excellent view of the sun rising over the mountains. Town is nice, easy to walk around. Room was cozy and clean. Host is friendly and kind.

Located in Yamanakako, within 12 km of Fuji-Q Highland and 16 km of Lake Kawaguchi, Yamanakako Pension Pause provides accommodation with a shared lounge as well as free private parking for guests who... AMAZING! What really made our stay special were the owners. The couple is incredibly kind and helpful. They communicate fluently using a translation machine into English (or another language of your choice), which worked perfectly! The house was very clean, and their enthusiasm for Mount Fuji is contagious. The location is excellent: close to a huge supermarket with both Western and local products. Truly a fantastic supermarket! Also within walking distance are an Alfamart, bike rental, and the lake. On our last evening, we wanted to have a BBQ in the front yard, and the owners arranged it for us. They even joined us for a while, and we had a great time laughing and enjoying each other's company. The owner has a great sense of humor and we felt right at home. These people have hearts of gold and the location is fantastic! Highly recommended. Thank you for everything. We wanted to stay longer, but unfortunately, it was fully booked.

Featuring a hot tub, Country Inn Orchard House is located in Hokuto. Featuring a garden, the 2-star country house has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a shared bathroom. A great night with awesome food. My stomach did not feel very well for two days before caming there, but the dinner tasted great and I felt much better next day. Rooms are clean, with great bath and especially, giving you a vibe of a real western style house in countryside! The host couple were so kind and guided me to have roasted marshmellow, this was my first time doing this! On the second day, they also helped me about my one-day trip plan in Kiyosato.

Located in Yamanakako, 17 km from Fuji-Q Highland, Sansui Resorts Yamanakako provides accommodation with free bikes, free private parking, a fitness centre and a garden. Very nice modern Hotel, with perfect mix of japanese Style rooms and western comfort (f.e. western bed). Onsen was nice and also gym brand new. The breakfast was one of the best we had in Japan.

A beautiful family home, with comfortable, practical and quiet rooms. The onsen is gorgeous, and we were able to book a private session. The breakfast (for extra cost) was excellent value - it’s huge! The views are amazing - we could see Mount Fuji from our window.

Set in Fujikawaguchiko, 8.8 km from Lake Kawaguchi, ペンションローザンヌ offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking and a restaurant. The owner was so nice! The food was excellent! We had the best time. We arrived completely drenched from rain and the owner offered to dry our things and was taking care of our shoes and everything the whole time and he speaks great English. The surroundings is so peaceful.

Situated within 8.6 km of Lake Kawaguchi and 11 km of Fuji-Q Highland, スマートコテージアイアンネスト features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Fujikawaguchiko. Host was very responsive to messages. I was a little worried at first about the amount of space available based off the photos but it was perfectly fine and comfortable for 2 people. I also really love the "storage container" aesthetic - thought it was very cool. The space inside was also clean. I would definitely book again if I come back to this area in Japan.

Located in Hokuto, 45 km from Kamisuwa Station, Grand Mercure Yatsugatake Resort & Spa provides accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a restaurant. The breakfast although I selected the Western style option it was more a Japanese breakfast than western and therefore my kids didn't enjoy much. It was delicious, but not much western style.
