The host was really sweet and helped us with the checkin and directions. She made our stay really smooth. The location of the campsite is wow. Near to popular tourist destination Roros but still peaceful and quite. We had amazing stay in the wonderful cabin. The home was well equipped and amazing for a 4 people. We were able to witness snowfall in may end at this place. The property was exceptionally clean and nice. Peaceful and lovely.

A recently renovated holiday home situated in Trysil, Østby Trysil luxury holiday home features a garden. A perfect home away from home for spending a week or two close to popular ski resorts. The place is just 20 minutes commute from Trysil and just a bit longer from Salen. Very easy to communicate with the host, obtain and return the keys. A spotless place with an abundance of kitchen cutlery and utensils. The fireplace was a great bonus, and a starter pack of wood was kindly provided by the host too. We will seriously consider it again for skiing in Trysil or Salen soon.

We stayed in the summer for biking and it was perfect for us. Very cozy, good bedrooms, good parking, air condition, two nice bathrooms. We also enjoyed the terrace.

Lots of glasses, mugs, plates. Great to cook with. Sauna was a great addition. Spacious living space for 5 guests. TV wasn't out dated either.
