The hotel is rather new. We were there in the summer so very peaceful. Hiking options in the area. Large and clean room , large and spotless bathroom. The terrace adjoining the dining room has a beautiful view. The staff very attentive, warm and helpful. They serve very a rich breakfast.

Offering a sun terrace and views of the mountain, Pensiune Rara Paltinis is located in Păltiniş in the Sibiu County Region, 500 metres from Arena Platoş Păltiniş. Very clean room, quiet sourroundings, close to the ski slopes, nice staff, good food. Parking is a plus (if you find a spot) especially during high season.
