A great place for a stop over on our way from Trondheim to Rovaniemi. We were the only guests staying that night and had a great nights sleep after a long journey. Supermarket shops about a 20/ 30 minute drive and we were able to get some food and use the microwave. Not long after we left our car left the road due to the snow and our host Per was very kind and superb and arranged for his friend to come with a tractor and rescue us. Beautifull short hike from the house along the river to a stone beach on the lake. Close enough to train station to walk.

The balcony at Cozy Cabin was the best part of our stay. It offers an elevated view of the surrounding and let us snap some nice pictures of the Northern lights. There is a bit of light pollution but manageable. It was windy one night and being able to hop into the cabin to stay warm quickly is a big plus. Marc was the most gracious host i've met. Thank you.
