The location is convenient for reaching the train station and city centre areas. There are tram services just outside the hotel. The swimming pool is of a good size for a proper swim. The fitness centre is adequately equipped. The staff are friendly and helpful

the room and shower were so clean. the pillows were soft, so we asked them for a little harder pillow, and they gave us a very good pillow in a 2 minutes🥰 the bed was so comfortable, the size of the room was perfect, and the view was awesome👌 the resepction girls were so friendly and kind and helpful, espical thanks to vivi( I am not sure about the full name😒) she was soooo helpful and always happy to help you🌸🥰 and the best in this hotel was the breakfast👌👌 . the location was perfect, 1 minute walk to the bus and tram station, and also you can walk to the city centre within 15 minutes 👌🥰 Hope we can come to switzerland again and stay in this hotel again 🙏🥰🥰

Rooftop terrace, very professional staff, architecture and interior design

It was a perfect stay - the room was spacious, the view was beautiful, the personnel was very kind. The food in the restaurant Cheval Blanc (3 Micheline stars) in the hotel was extraordinary, absolutely amazing. The bar and the brasserie were also fantastic.

Had a fantastic stay at this apartment! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted with drinks and delicious snacks, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long journey. The apartment itself was spotless—super clean and well-maintained, making it feel comfortable and inviting. The host clearly pays attention to detail, and it made our stay all the more enjoyable. We had every facility we could ask for and more. Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing, hassle-free experience!

I like the location coz its so accessible to all.. whether in basel sbb or in DB .. also have supermarkets that can be reach by foot and a drinking water fountain for free. we are truly pleased and happy for the accommodation as we stay as comfortable like back at home. until.the next visit!

The apartment looks exactly like the pictures: tastefully furnished, modern but with a touch of warmth, spacious, clean! The automatic check-in runs ever so smoothly, the area was quiet and the bed extremely comfortable. The team will assist you with what you request and much more. This is a stay you’d wish you could extend, that was my feeling as soon as I walked into the door.
