Friendly staff, whether it's the reception or restaurant at breakfast and dinner. They try to accommodate to our request as much as possible. Spa is new and enjoyable. Hotel guests need to book a time slot to use the spa; bathrobes, slippers and towels are provided. The ski room is great: spacious, neat and with ventilation.

Extremely convenient and close to railway station. Staffs are polite and helpful. Our room is upgraded and so good value for money. The room is very big and comfortable. Breakfast is excellent.

The family room was exceptionally well-designed and fully equipped. It was impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean, with a lovely terrace that added to the charm. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast was a delightful buffet offering a wide variety of options to kickstart the day. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere in the breakfast room was excellent, making our mornings even more enjoyable.

The family-run Bristol hotel is located in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas.

Absolutely perfect from the beginning. The staff is incredibly nice, the breakfast DELICIOUS, evening snacks at the bar are also marvellous and the room super spacious and impeccably clean. Location top, right in the center yet very quiet. The biggest plus for us: they were so accommodating to our cat that was travelling with us! And we even got a room upgrade.. truly amazing, we are definitely back very very soon and can only recommend this place!

I've stayed here 2x before and came back because it's such a lovely place in a great location - two minutes' walk from the bus station at Chandolin Poste, two minutes from the grocery shop, and with an amazing breakfast and dinner offerings. The rooms (I stayed in the bunk bed option but by myself) are very comfortable, with a great bathroom setup (rain shower!), comfy bed, water, coffee machine and pods, and lift access to the rooms. The staff are truly lovely and let us store our overnight bags before and after our stay while we went to work up on the mountain.
