Beautiful place and amazing view of the lake - very nice staff

The location and facilities are top.

The view on the lake is amazing. The staff is super friendly and responsive. The food was delicious, simple but homemade breakfast. At night the food at the restaurant is amazing (congrats to the chef and the team). We took the chalet in front of the lake and could enjoy the fireplace.

Amazing site. Very good cuisine, friendly hosts. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Nice pool. One of our best place en Chile. Best regards to Lobo, Gustavo and Bond (the dogs).

Staff, facilities, perfect for kids

Location is amazing. You have everything you want in one place and you don’t need to move your car again.

Staff was suuuper friendly and helpful, they gave us a bigger cabin than what we booked. Staff always bringing wood and making fire. Fire kept living room nice and warm, even though outside was cold. Cabin is nice, big and with plenty of natural wood. Surroundings is nice, green and between the threes. Super hot shower with plenty of water. Walking distance from city centre, around 20 mins.

One of the best places I've been to, the fully equipped kitchen, the jacuzzi, the fireplace in the living room, the huge and luxurious bed, the close supermarket , and above all, Maritza and her nice family, who helped us with everything, whether it's restaurants, trips, a link to a lovely guide, or anything else we needed. Thanks to them, we discovered how beautiful the area is and how many activities there are to do. Thank you, highly recommend place

Nice room newly renovated , nice environment, easy to reach, big convenient kitchen

This is a home stay, not a separate studio or apartment. While the family with whom you share the place is friendly enough, it’s just not what it says it is. You stay in a room next to the kitchen, bathroom separate next to the kitchen and the man of the house attends to you, if you like a home stay that’s good, if not go somewhere else, I left early, after one night because it wasn’t what I wanted.

This place is really special. Really charming. The owner is one of the nicest people I've ever met. And I don't say that lightly. It rekindled my faith in humanity there are still some caring people in this world.
