Really nice hotel, stayed there in 3 different rooms (due to availability - most expensive and least expensive), no complaints. Calm place, not a mass hotel, with chill vibe Great food in the hotel restaurant, also with vegetarian choice, restaurant staff very friendly. Clean and transparent water for swimming, possible to take long swim. Probably best area for swimming on the Isla Grande. Directly from Hotel possibility of transport to Cartagena. Kelly in the reception a real sweetheart - smiling, positive, helpful, attentive - went extra mile for us and helped.

Our stay at this hotel in Islas del Rosario was truly amazing, largely thanks to the outstanding staff. We made a spontaneous booking without realizing that transportation to the island departs from Cartagena at 8:30 AM. Despite this, the staff went above and beyond to help us arrange a private shuttle to the island. Although it came at an additional cost, they were incredibly attentive and proactive in finding a solution, ensuring we could still enjoy our stay without any stress. Special thanks to Dennys Moreno, who provided exceptional assistance from early in the morning till the moment we arrived. Throughout our visit, the staff remained friendly, professional, and always willing to assist with anything we needed. A heartfelt thank you to Dailys for her warm hospitality, Gabriel for his attentiveness, William for expertly managing the boats and sea activities, and Nando and Altair for their helpfulness and kindness. Their dedication to providing excellent service made our experience even more special. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with top-notch hospitality!

We loved everything about this property!!!! I really feel that we chose the absolute best resort on the island. I cant say enough good things about this place. The pool and the stunning views were incredible. The room was clean and updated. The included breakfast was phenomenal! My husband appreciated that there was snorkeling from the shore with a great variety of fish to see. I really loved diving off the floating pier at the enchanted lagoon. We were able to swim at night with the bioluminescent plankton; it was sooooo awesome! The staff were all so nice to us. We want to give a special shout out to David who really made our stay fun! Oh, and having the dive shop on the property was definitely a plus. We booked a dive with them at the last minute - they even took some friends of ours too on an ‘into to scuba’ dive. We had a blast!!
